This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Eisberg Labs d.o.o. za proizvodnju i usluge (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information from users (“you”) of the Hexagram Dreams mobile application and related services (collectively, the “App” or “Services”).

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT​

a. App​

The Dreamiary app does not require registration or login. We do not collect names, email addresses, or any directly identifiable personal information. However, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical data when you use the app, including:

  • Device type and operating system
  • Unique device identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID)
  • IP address
  • App version, usage statistics (screens viewed, session duration), and performance data

b. Website​

Advertising and Analytics​

3. USE OF THE ADVERTISING ID (AdID)​

Within the mobile app, we use the Google Advertising ID strictly for analytics and performance monitoring via Firebase Analytics and Sentry. We do not use the AdID for personalized advertising or tracking across other apps or websites.

4. HOW WE USE INFORMATION​

We use collected information to:

  • Operate and maintain the Services
  • Analyze app and website performance
  • Improve user experience
  • Identify and fix technical problems
  • Display relevant content or ads (on the website only)

We do not sell your personal data.

5. SHARING INFORMATION​

We may share information only in these cases:

  • With Service Providers who process data on our behalf (e.g., Firebase, Sentry, ad networks on the website)
  • For Legal Compliance where disclosure is required by law
  • During Business Transfers if our business or assets are sold or merged

6. DATA SECURITY​

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY​

Our Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we discover such data, we delete it immediately.

We may update this Policy periodically. The “Last Updated” date at the top indicates the most recent version. Continued use of our Services means you accept any updates.
